We are Chris and Tiffany! We’re a Woodstock couple, set on changing people’s mind about how fun specialty coffee can be!
I (Chris) have always loved coffee. Growing up my parents brewed a pot every morning, so waking up to the smell of coffee is in my blood. I’ve always been interested in the process of growing beans, to roasting beans, to brewing beans. The whole thing is just kind of amazing! So after I brewed, researched, and even worked in a cafe for a bit, I decided I wanted to bring my love for fun and good times to the coffee industry. Thus, Streets Ahead Coffee was birthed. A fun loving , easy going, specialty coffee roasting business.
Tiffany has always been a huge help, from her knowledge of computer graphic design, to website design and just being a whiz kid at all things, I could not run this business without her. She helps pack coffee too š
Together we have built up this crazy thing into what you see today. Full of cool and fun retro designs, we love our coffee and hope you will too!

The last ten years have been devastating for local news coverageā¦ but it doesnāt have to be that way.
While certain media conglomerates have failed to adapt to a changing environment, resulting in closed newspapers and slashed workforces, weāve been ādoing the oppositeā, to borrow a phrase from George Costanza. Weāve worked with local people to launch new publications in towns and cities who have lost their papers, and weāve invested in quality newspapers whose existence was threatened by lack of a succession plan.
Our keys to success are in simple philosophies, such as ālocal people telling local storiesā and that ānews should be free and accessible for allā. From a business standpoint, we believe āadvertising rates must make sense for businesses of all sizesā. While these all sound like common sense, these philosophies are indeed āthe oppositeā of what some of the big media companies are doing.
One big thing that hasnāt changed in this industry is peopleās desire for local news. Thatās what it is all about: helping to make communities stronger by sharing important news, inspiring people through positive stories, and preserving memories while recording history for all-time.
